Wolf & Zephyr always goes the extra mile for our customers, and we want to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We endeavour to dispatch products on the same day that they have been ordered. To do so, we must have the items in stock and orders need to be placed before 1pm on a normal working day.
Please note all UK orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
All customers will receive a dispatch confirmation once their jewellery has been sent out. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.
While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes on international orders which may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Please note, the delivery times outlined below are estimates, and these can sometimes vary. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
We offer Free UK standard delivery on all orders.
If you would like to receive your item sooner you can upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail Special Delivery for £7.50 or Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery for £12.00 during your checkout.
We also offer International shipping for all our products, note our international shipping fees exclude any local duties or taxes which may be payable on receiving your order.

We hope you love your Wolf and Zephyr pieces but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted please follow the instructions on how and where to send your package received in your delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings due to hygiene reasons and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments returned from outside the UK. If you are returning an order that was purchased using a gift voucher, this part of the order will be refunded on to a gift voucher for you to use again.
